Native Compass Health
We partnered with Chicago-based Native Compass Health to build a polished brand and digital presence that accelerated early traction and positioned the company as a credible player in healthcare staffing.
At the core of the identity is a north-pointing arrowhead, symbolising direction, purpose, and progress. It is framed within an octagonal form inspired by Native American design, while also subtly echoing a medical cross and the Chicago star – bringing together cultural meaning, healthcare context, and regional identity. The typeface is confident, friendly, and approachable.

As part of the identity development, we created brand guidelines to ensure the client and their partners can maintain a consistent, cohesive presence across both digital and print.


As part of the brand style guide and visual identity system, we specified fonts and colours to be used throughout their branding.

The brand style guide also set out recommendations for how to use the logo and logomark in different applications.

In addition to digital assets, we provided a stationery collateral package for professional communnications.

We developed an accessible, fast-loading, SEO and GEO-friendly website for Native Compass Health. The website expanded its brand identity through clean design, thoughtful architecture, and subtle animations that led users through content and to calls to action.
